28 Day Notice of Key and Exempt decisions (15.08.2019) (01/08/2019 to 30/11/2019)
Plan description
The Local Government Act 2000 (as amended), requires that the Councils publish an advance notice of Key and / or Exempt Decisions to be taken by the Executive or Officers which can be updated at any time. For more information about what a ‘key decision’ is you can visit

Notice is required to be given 28 days prior to a decision being taken. The legislation does make provision for decisions that the Council needs to take urgently, for which notice of 28 days may not be given.
