Councillor Elizabeth Sparkes, Worthing Executive Member for Resources: Following a competitive tender exercise I approve the award of this contract to Erith Contractors Ltd on the terms set out in this report; authorise the Council to enter into the Construction Contract with Erith Contractors; and approve the use of £300,000 of the AW Workspaces budget for this purpose.
