The Adur Executive Member for Environment has noted the content of the report and approved the award of the contract to Messrs Pilbeam because this company submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT criteria) as assessed by the tender evaluation process.

Councillor Edward Crouch has abstained from this decision as an Adur matter.
