Councillor Noel Atkins declared an interest as an elected member of West Sussex County Council in relation to any issues that may affect West Sussex.


Councillor Richard Nowak declared that he was a member of the Worthing Society who had commented on application AWDM/0083/24 but he stated he was not pre-determined.


Councillor Rosey Whorlow declared that she had spoken against the Land at Former Gas Works Site, Park Road, Worthing when it was previously heard at Committee and would absent herself for application AWDM/0083/24


Councillor Ödül Bozkurt declared that in relation to applications AWDM/0083/24 and AWDM/1483/22, she was the Ward Councillor for Central ward.


Public Question Time

So as to provide the best opportunity for the Committee to provide the public with the fullest answer, questions from the public should be submitted by midday on Friday 15 March 2024.
