Issue - meetings

Any substitute members should declare their substitution.

Apologies for absence were received from all Committee Members.

Due to the emerging situation regarding the Coronavirus pandemic the Chairmen and Group Leaders asked Councillors not to attend the committee meeting.  The agenda had already been published when this decision was made, so the meeting was convened in the usual way. 

As no Members were present at the meeting it was declared inquorate by the Democratic and Legal Officers.
