Decision:

The Executive Members have:-

·         considered the report and noted the lack of suitable alternative providers of an out of hours noise service; and

·         approved the decision to award an out of hours noise contract to Inside Housing Solutions for up to four years (2 years with options to extend for 2 additional twelve month periods).

Reasons for the decision:

WBC/ADC Executive Members for Health & Wellbeing: We are happy to confirm this decision regarding the Out of Hours Noise/Nuisance Contract renewal having considered the submitted report.   We consider this to be an effective and necessary service to have available to our residents and that this is the best way to carry out this service.

Alternative options considered:

WBC/ADC Executive Members for Health & Wellbeing: Other options were investigated but this was the best.
