Before the Committee was an exempt report by the Director for Place copies of which had been circulated to all Members and a copy of which is attached to the signed copy of these minutes as Item 11

 

The purpose of the report was to agree a full and final settlement following a Dispute over a claim for costs

 

 

Decision

 

1)     That it be agreed to settle the Dispute on a full and final settlement basis in the sum of £137,000 (including VAT).

 

2)     That the use of the Capacity Issues Reserve to fund the proposed settlement be approved.
