JAW/033/20-21 Call Centre Contract for Community Alarm service

 

 

This was required to go to procurement as the existing local authority provider was taken over by a private company.  The procurement exercise has confirmed the existing provider, PPP Taking Care as the new provider. The contract start date is 1/4/21 and is for 4 years (with a provision to extend for a further 3 years).
