Decision:

To seek approval to implement revised parking tariffs as part of the review of Worthing car parks.

 

The Director for Sustainability and Resources is delegated to implement the following tariff changes, set out in detail in the body of this report:

 

·         To agree to the proposed tariff changes in the three Worthing Multi-Storey car parks.

·         To agree to the proposed tariff changes in a number of Worthing surface car parks.

·         To agree to the proposed season ticket tariff changes in the three Worthing Multi-Storey car parks.

·         To agree to the proposed season ticket tariff changes in a number of Worthing surface car parks.

·         To agree to introduce yearly season tickets at Brooklands Brighton Road East car park.

Decision:

Approve the expenditure for a compulsory redundancy and settlement agreement resulting from the restructuring of the Bereavement Service Management Team in which two posts were deleted and note the proposal to create one new role set out at Paragraph 3.5 of this report.

 

Approve the costs associated with the settlement agreement which are £28,520.17 plus payment in lieu of notice £10,142.69, outstanding annual leave £1793.41 and a pension contribution of £983.80.  The annual savings (in salary and on-costs) are £57,129.
