Issue - decisions

Upon consideration of this report, we have decided to delegate the authority to the Director for Digital, Resources and Sustainability to:-

·         Enter into a collaboration agreement with West Sussex County Council for the procurement of a contract for the collection of clinical waste through a framework agreement and

·         To enter into the call-off contract with the successful supplier.
