To award the contract for Technical, Commercial and Stakeholder Engagement support of the Worthing Heat Network Project to AECOM via the SCAPE Consultancy Framework Lot 2.

The Contract amount is up to £496,000, to be funded from the £950,000 HNIP grant discussed at JSC on 5/10/2021.
