Appointment of Independent Persons for Standards To consider a report by the Director for Sustainability and Resources copy attached as item 5 Minutes: The Committee had a report before it attached as item 5,which had been circulated to all Members, a copy of which is attached to a signed copy of these minutes.
Resolved:
The Joint Audit and Governance Sub Committee considered the contents of the report (including the interview process which took place on 26 February) and made the following recommendations to Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council:
