Minutes:

Councillor Noel Atkins declared an interest as an elected Member of WSCC.

 

Councillor Sean McDonald declared an interest in 6.2 as he was acquainted with one of the registered speakers in objection to the application.  The Councillor also declared an interest in item 8 as he resided very close to the Whitebeam Woods.

The Head of Planning and Development outlined the application for Members and included a number of photographs to assist their consideration of the Tree Preservation Order.

 

Decision

The Planning Committee unanimously agreed that the Worthing Tree Preservation Order Number 4 of 2021 remained confirmed.
