Minutes:

Councillor Paul High declared an interest as an elected Member of WSCC, in particular for any items referring to highway matters.  The Councillor also advised that in relation to Item 6.1, AWDM/0805/20, he was a Heene Ward Councillor.

 

Councillor Paul Westover declared an interest in relation to Item 6.1, AWDM/0805/20, as a Central Ward Councillor and advised he came to the meeting with an open mind.

 

Councillor Noel Atkins declared an interest as an elected Member of WSCC and in relation to Item 6.1, AWDM/0805/20, as he was registered with the Worthing Medical Group for both Heene Road and Shelley Road, but came to the meeting with an open mind.

 

The Head of Planning and Development declared an interest as he was registered with the Worthing Medical Group but this has had no bearing or influence on his determination of the planning application.

 

Councillor Steve Wills declared an interest as a patient of Worthing Medical Group.

RESOLVED, that the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 12 August 2020 be confirmed as a correct record and that at a later date they be signed by the Chairman.
