·         To include a requirement that significant developments require an assessment of impact on health services, including primary care services undertaken by the Integrated Care Board.

Also mention the importance of land on the periphery of urban areas that are suitable for growing being identified and protected from developments. Space should be allocated for planting, growing, community food provision, small farm enterprises and community composting in new large developments.

·         Q48 - Affordable Home Ownership - the withdrawal of 10% First Homes should not fetter Council's ability to seek appropriate tenure mix

·         Q94 - Fee Setting, with support for a hybrid approach to local fees 9Q 94 responses to be corrected, which currently duplicates Q93

·         Q67 - Infrastructure - A firmer stance upon the timing of infrastructure delivery and commitment by other organisations responsible for its delivery.
