Minutes: Councillor Noel Atkins declared an interest as an elected Member of West Sussex County Council (WSCC). The Councillor also declared a personal interest in application 6.4 Broomhill, Mill Lane, as approximately 20 years ago he and the applicant were both employed in the same company, Bond International Software Plc. However, since then, there had been no further contact other than an email in relation to his application which the Councillor had referred to a Planning Officer. The Councillor advised he came to the meeting with an open mind. |
