The Planning Services Manager introduced the report which included some of the key issues that the two appeals highlighted.

 

The Officer said the Planning Committee may be presented with schemes that were difficult to deliver, but as the Council does not possess a five year housing land supply, through no fault of the District, being surrounded by National Park and the sea, appropriate consideration would be needed.

The Planning Committee Members noted the report and the attached appeal decisions.
