WBC Cabinet Member for Citizen Services/ADC Cabinet Member for Adur Homes & Customer Services:-
We authorise the award and execution of the Framework Contract to Aspect Contracts Ltd, following a mini competition tender process via the NHS framework on the terms set out in this Report.
WBC Cabinet Member for Citizen Services: To ensure the availability of essential asbestos management services within Council owned buildings.
ADC Cabinet Member for Adur Homes & Customer Services: As set out in the Report.
WBC Cabinet Member for Citizen Services: To not proceed with the appointment. However this is not the recommended option because it would result in the Council procuring asbestos management services on an ad hoc basis which would be ineffective in terms of achieving best overall value.
ADC Cabinet Member for Adur Homes & Customer Services: Not to proceed with the appointment. If an appointment is not made we would have to work on an ad hoc basis and this would not be best practice.
