WBC Executive Member for Digital & Environmental Services: In order to provide a proportionate printing service that reduces the need for a minimum number of printed pages to produce value. I am reassured that the reduction in print demand since COVID has been taken account of in this procurement process and that there have been appropriate environmental considerations.
ADC Executive Member for Resources: I am happy to agree with the recommendations for the reasons outlined in the report.
WBC Executive Member for Digital & Environmental Services: Notwithstanding the reduction in print demand we do require internal printing services to efficiently deliver for our residents. Not replacing the printers was considered but ruled out for the reason given.
