The Worthing Executive Member for Customer Services has agreed to abstain from this decision as an Adur matter.

 

The Adur Executive Member for Customer Services has awarded the contract to Whittle Programmed Maintenance Limited who emerged as the preferred bidder following a competitive tender process and agreed that delegated authority be provided to the Head of Housing to award the contract (subject to contract) and thereafter execute it on behalf of Adur District Council.
