Decision:
To award the LTA funded tennis court refurbishment works at Buckingham Park tennis courts in Shoreham to the LTA framework contractor in the sum of £67,128.47 plus VAT
Reasons for the decision:
The tennis courts at Buckingham Park, Shoreham were assessed as public courts which were in a poor condition and would benefit from refurbishment as part of a nationwide project with investment by the UK Government and LTA Tennis Foundation which is investing in bringing grass root public tennis courts back to life. The refurbishment works are fully funded and delivered through he LTA framework which has gone through the necessary procurement requirements to satisfy the Council’s Contract Standing Orders.
