The Worthing Cabinet Member for Equalities, Inclusion & Community Safety and the Adur Cabinet Member for Communities & Wellbeing agree that the refreshed Adur and Worthing Councils ASB Policy be noted and agreed.

Updates are important to reflect national developments, with a welcome focus on the needs of the victim. The simplification of the policy should support better public understanding, therefore better reporting, recording and responding.
